Given this M-38 is doing duty as a storage unit, it’s hard to tell what the condition of it is. The description is slim, too.

If you look in the top right part of the picture there is another military vehicle not sure what it is though
That’s a good catch .. it sure looks like a military something, but I can’t tell what it is either.
