Odd re-bar add on. Looks like they were boxing in that area like a basket for something. You always have to wonder what people are thinking in their applications. I don’t see tool indents do you?
Looking at the high-res photos he sent, I’m not seeing any tool indents either.
Not from the outside … but see pic #4 .. to me it appears you can just make them out on the inside.
