The sellers are interested in selling, but aren’t in a hurry due to the wagon’s location.

“We have a ’59 Jeep Wagon we would like to sell. This vehicle has less than 60K original miles. It is only used in the summer, when cabin is accessible, and is garaged all winter. We are trying to decide to sell vehicle up there, or haul it to the Bay Area and try to sell it for more. Vehicle has a clear title and has always been registered in CA. It is equipped with 6 cyl. flathead engine. It has been used for short 4-wheel trips in the area. the body is no cherry, NO major rust, just scrapes from hidden boulders, one rear fender dented pretty good, also has a couple broken windows, (glass is broken, not broken out, make sense?). Interior is in real good shape for its age. Vehicle is road worthy, however I would recommend trailering long distances. Has top speed of about 55-60 mph. Right now we’re looking for potential buyers, vehicle is not accessible at this time, Cabin will be opened Memorial Day weekend or weekend after. email offers please be reasonable. These are the only pics I can find for now. More can be made available in the next couple weeks I’m sure. Please be in no rush, as we don’t get up to the area often and transaction will have to be arranged in advance. I hope you understand.”

Dave, you are a bad influence ( anyway I blame you…it’s my addiction ) But I have emailed these people to start the potential purchase….at least see if it’s in my ball park…after my last shipping experience I might consider driving it to Georgia using back roads @ 50 mph. This vehicle is calling my name…I might go into deep depression if I don’t buy it….. 🙂
This is a survivor and would stay original……..
