This is sold … well sort of.
Seller and I had an agreement to complete purchase. I just received a call from the seller breaking their agreement in order to sell to someone else. So if you contact the seller before tomorrow morning and offer more money they might agree to sell to you, but no guarantee they will abide by that agreement either.
Oh well, better luck next time.
