If it is a true slot grille, shouldn’t there be the scripting on the tub’s backend? I’m still learning all the different nuances of the different era Jeep’s so there’s every possibility I’m off target, I just need clarification. Thanks……how’s the finger by the way?

    Frank,

You are correct; there should be script. I was looking at the back also, attempting to determine if the script was there or not. I think it is faintly there. My concern with this was that the gap between the corner panel and the back panel seemed too abrupt and large, as if another, thin panel was added to the back. I also compared it with the backs of other slatties and everything else seems kosher. It would be helpful if the seller had a better pic of the back.

As for the finger, let’s just say I will attempt to use some speech recognition software, because typing with one finger on my left hand is a pain! but, the show must go on!!
