UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500

(06/01/2011) I think there is more duct tape on the seats then there is material.  This has a rear PTO. The website is “the old car store.net”.

I’m not sure what it is either, but I think calling it a sprocket is accurate, as it looks like it would accept a chain. It appears to stick out far enough that it certainly could interact with the PTO.

I know this an old post, but, the sprocket is attached to a drive shaft. Looking at the pics on the dealer site, there is a rear pto setup like what you would find on an auburn trencher. I’m not sure what uses this setup has other than for a trencher.

Thanks for that info. I’m no expert on PTOs (not an expert on much of anything really .. lol), so your comment is very useful!

    Thanks,

Looking at the pics on that site, is that 3rd drive shaft driven directly right off the emergency brake drum via that ring gear or is there a chain missing? They sure could pack the goodies in there.

Also with that take off, what ever it was running had to be used while the rig was in motion being it took the power off the rotating drum that would also be driving the axle. Right?
