This is missing a tire and it looks as if the rear of the body is twisted.
“1962 Willy’s Jeep DJ3A. Barn find. I found this jeep and the body is in good shape for a jeep that is 50 years old. It’s got a few dents and dings, but dosen’t have near as much rust as most do. I had planned on fixing it up someday. The Jeep starts and runs, but it has no sign of brakes at all. The jeep dosen’t come with a battery. I now need money and have decided to sell the jeep. I have a clear title to the jeep. Buyer to pay $500.00 deposit at end of auction and balance within 3 days.”
This appears to be an August 1963 build by serial number. It is missing the Dispatcher delivery cab top and windshield, and seems to be sitting on a 4WD chassis, due to 3 levers sticking up out of the floorboard. The body does look a bit tweaked at the rear and looks a little rough, but salvageable.
