This ran when parked. The year listed is too early for this model. There might be some value here, though not in the paint job.

If it’s an M-170, (as it appears to be, since it has the battery box in the cowl and inset headlights) it could easily be a 1953. Though not the standard ambulance version since it doesn’t have the right side cut out. They were built from 1953/1954 to 1963/1964. The difference in years made depends on the source.
The front fenders also appear to have been trimmed.
