Is that not an M38A1?
Yes, what was I thinking about his one. I see a revision to this post in my future.
I’m thinking that’s a 1961 M38A1. It looks like the dash gauge is a large black one, indicating the single combo meter. Also, there are vacuum wipers on both sides of the windshield.
