Bolts on as it sits, jeep on the left side, arm is in the up position and chain is missing. Looks like an early one off a 2A
I don’t know if this is a trencher either, but the state should be Indiana. It’s listed in the Kokomo, Indiana Craig’s list. I think they pronounce Galveston as Gal-Veston in Indiana.
