I believe this answers my question about the DJ-6 serial number. The DJ-6 model number is referred to as 8605.
This is 3 pages out of a 400 page willys book so don’t get too excited. It was not just an AMA publication.
I did bought the same brochure but for the year 1965. Which book are you speaking about? Do you have it?
