“This is an April 1942 Ford script GPW jeep. This is a good vehicle to enjoy as is, for reenactors, or do a Restoration on. I bought it as I just wanted something to drive instead of rip apart and never be able to finish. Makes a good combat class looking vehicle. The engine is out of a 1949 CJ 2. The transmission is still the original t84 and bell housing when I looked underneath still has a big ford script. The data plates are the original data plates delivered April 1942. The frame number matches the data plates. This has a clear clean Colorado title. The Jeep has been converted to 12 V charging system. All the gauges except fuel gauge work, even speedometer works.
