Anyone ever seen one of these in person? I found this in a 1957 Ramsey brochure I bought.
I can’t imagine that there was much of a market for that winch. Towing that with a Jeep would be like dragging an anchor. Plus it was 1957, there was lots of WWII surplus out there and if you needed a winch that large they were available on all kinds of surplus heavy duty 6×6 trucks for not much money. I still see some of them in use even today at some out of the way places.
