Not a bad looking jeep, maybe the left rear tire is the spare? Right rear rim is correct. Its not the best idea mounting the winch, unprotected in front of the bumber!
The winch wouldn’t stay that way long if it was used. Those mount bolts would fail in tension and the winch would fly off…
my guess it has way more than 24,000 miles.
