I asked him questions via ebay, and got these answers:
Does it run and drive? Yes
Is there any rust-through in the floors or elsewhere not photographed? Minimal rust, front floors are worn, drivers side has a plate tacked in. It’s an Arizona car
Do you have the missing trim? No
Does the tailgate operate properly? Perfect, no hinge rust
Does it have a rear bumper? No, angle iron
Any obviously missing items? Not to my knowledge
Interior questions: What kind of seats are in it? Non stock front buckets
Do you have the original back seat? Yes, the larger rear seat, not the smaller flip seat
Is there a headliner installed, and condition? No headliner, have the bows
Do you have door cards and condition? Brand new but not covered
All the door and window handles work? Yes
Is the glass in good condition? The two rear sides need replaces all the rest good and original
How about the rubber weather seals? 1953, need replaced but functional, what is left
Do you have a spare tire? No
Condition/age of the tires, if known? Fair, I’d replace but they hold air
    Does the 4WD work? Yep
