The headlights are smaller.
This is from the Willys Mediterranea assembly line in Palermo, Sicily. The car sports Palermo plates. The rail modification was probably aimed at pitching it as a replacement for the many wartime MB/GPWs still in daily use as railroad tenders/trolleys. The last known conversion of a wartime jeep for rail use took place in 1984.
