Looks like a good price. It runs.

“Great unique jeep project. 4cyl engine, 4×4.
Engine does run and it will drive although it has no brakes.
Cab is in decent shape, bed is rusty
come take a look and make me a offer.
I have to get this out of my yard.”

I keep telling myself that moving to AZ just to be near all the cheap Jeeps is a bad idea, then I see things like this.

    Gus,
It’s not a bad idea. A few more data points: my 42 GPW from Vail AZ was $600; we paid $700 for a 50’s (57?) CJ3B here in Mesa AZ; $1500 for the running ’44 MB with CJ2A tub in Rio Verde AZ; and $2000 for the running mostly original ’48 CJ2A from Globe AZ delivered to my house with an extra MB engine! …all in 2012 and 2013.
…and all thanks to eWillys. I live in AZ but Dave found all of these from afar with his search engine prowess 🙂

I agree with Bob , also much nicer than the gems we find over in the North East rust belt I guess I could call it . If I were out there I’d try and keep that secret quite

I’ve always believed that when it comes to buying old jeeps everyone outside the Northeast is spoiled.
Availability and prices are almost always better elsewhere.
It seems like a “restoration project” around here is a parts car everywhere else.
This nice $1K FC would be outrageously expensive around here.
    Oh well, Supply and Demand…
