(12/10/2014) This stock truck runs and drives. It’s a good reason to visit San Juan Island, which is very quiet this time of year.

“I am selling my 1955 Willy’s pickup. It is totally stock . The original “Super Hurricane” six cylinder engine runs great without any smoke or knocking . The four wheel drive and trans shift and function smoothly without any clunks or grinds or any sounds at all. Cooling system hold water and thermostat works .Tires hold air.

Brakes take a few pumps to work.(probably needs master cylinder rebuilt) Brakes should be gone through before driving on the road. The headlights work , the heater fan works , the oil pressure gauge works . Turn signals could probably work with a little tinkering . No muffler . The wipers do not work , but everything is there. the passenger door latch needs some work and the passenger door window is broken. Needs a new manual choke for the carb , so it can run smoothly when cold starting. The Bed has some rust, There is some rust on the bottom of the front fenders, doors , ect . This is a solid stock truck . When i got this truck , i got it running ( cleaned the points , changed the oil, changed the water and anti freeze ,and hooked up a temporary fuel tank because the original gas cap is missing and i wanted to bypass any rust in the tank ). then i changed all the gear oil in the trans, front and rear diff , and transfer case. greased the fittings . Since then i pretty much have drove it around my property. $2,500 serious inquires only ! no trades. cash only.
