“I have owned this JEEP for over 20 years and it has never given me trouble and has always done what is asked of it. Traveling at highway speeds is no problem and it crawls fantastically well. Everything works on this very capable trail rig.

For those not familiar with a CJ-6, this is basically a ’62 CJ-5 that has been stretched 20″ between the door and the rear wheel arch at the factory. This longer wheel base makes the 6 more stable, and have a larger interior capacity than the 5. I am 6’3” and have no problem with legroom in this JEEP.

That’s quite a jeep for that money. Seller has way more than that into it: a VERY nice modified CJ-6!

  2. RJ

Wow! That’s a nicely modified jeep. Just like what I’m looking for. Wonder why he would be selling it?

  3. Dan

I bought this jeep a couple of months ago. The seller wasn’t kidding, it’s dialed in. All I have done to it is redo body mounts and tighten things here and there. Definitely a good deal!

Dan you stoled It! 🙂 All you did is make a down payment on the money and labor put into this rig. Price out the mastercraft seats! That should be enough to scare you. 🙂
