“This is a 1942 Jeep MB/GPW. I have been working on this restoration over the last couple of years. I am only selling it because I would like some extra money to put down on a house. If it doesn’t sell this week I will keep it.

This is a project and not yet complete or registered, but is very close. It is running and I have driven it a few miles, through neighborhood streets. The frame is a 1942 Ford GPW, with original matching dash plaques. The engine, transmission, and transfer case are out of a 46 CJ2A. The Body is a Willys reproduction body. I have had the Jeep completely stripped to the frame, and have taken the last 2 years putting it together. I have a lot of photo documentation to show everything I have done to this project. It is about as basic as it gets right now, my goal is to get it complete enough to get it registered and then to start with all the “Jewelry” that can be added to these classics.

The Jeep is setup with a 12V system and I am building the wiring out of a generic 12 circuit fuse box.

Main items that still need to be complete:
Windshield Glass, Muffler, Tail/Brake Lights, Front Marker/Blackout lights, Speedometer, Panel lights, wiring.

I am not available to talk during the day, please email or text me and I will get back to you in the evening. I will be available over the weekend too. I will only be accepting cash money, so please don’t contact me with any trades. I don’t have to sell this so the price is firm so don’t waste your or my time with any low ball offers. You will not find a cleaner starting point than this Jeep right here.”
