Looks like the rear corner has been smashed in or modified. Definitely some value here but with no title means parts jeep. might be able to get that price down. .
Maine is a NON TITLE state for any vehicle older than 1995. I’ve sold vehicles all over including Canada. Each state has a method to “Purchase a Vehicle from a Non Title State” as there are many such states. Usually it involves a Notary Signed Bill of Sale, a VIN Inspection, a Current Seller’s Registration, Ownership History, or a combination of those. A Buyer must go to his DMV and carefully get his states rules (and I usually recommend get a Supervisor’s Name).
