Title: Last registered in the 80s so this is out of the DMV system. There is no title, will be sold with a Bill of Sale. I spoke with the DMV and all that’s needed to register and apply for a new title beyond a Bill of Sale is a VIN inspection that can be done at the DMV, or CHP office or scheduled with a local Sheriff or police officer.”
