wonder what engine that is – it fit very well. Don’t think is worth that much with a non-period engine but it still looks good

  2. Minnesota Chris

Just bolt the hood shut and change the subject anytime someone wants to talk about the engine

Hey brother, we need to be stealthy. I think Dave is on his own site! He just commented on the first post of my post of his first posting. That would be 4 up from the total posts for today, if we were counting. I still like this trailer. It has a tailgate cut in it, but if they are done well, I’m ok with that. It looks complete, too with the lunette. Can’t see if there is a handbrake…

  4. Minnesota Chris

He’s probably enjoying this. He might only give us one jeep tomorrow, or, oh help us jeep gods, none. What will we do. It Is a nice trailer. Remember the Wisconsin trailer, they cut right through the data plate. People, you need to not cut or drill through the data tags.

  5. Idaho Todd

He wouldnt. What about the imaginable…banned from ewillys!!! Think of the consequences- my wife would get me to do more chores. I would make it work on time. My data usage would go to nill, saving me hundreds of dollars annually. I would sleep past 4 am. I would have to actually email you to visit. Dave would be responsible for all this! I don’t think he’s that mean…and heck yes, if anyone cuts through a data plate, they should get beheaded! Ok, not beheaded, but a stern talking to.

  6. Minnesota Chris

Can you imagine… banned from ewillys. That would be terrible. What does one have to do to get to that point… be from ewillyscrusher? Toddy don’t say anything incriminating. One of my parts jeeps someone drilled through the firewall data tag for heater houses. Almost made me cry

Only two people have been banned. Both were very dishonest sellers and one lied directly to me.

This still seems like a fair price for this combo. It might be the incorrect engine that’s keeping someone from getting this WWII jeep but the added trailer makes up the value IMHO.

Anyone know if this is still available? I’m fairly local and would like to check it out but Craigslist isnt working.

    Will,

Yes, there is something strange about that particular ad. I just tried to search for the ad on San Diego’s Craigslist, but Craigslist couldn’t find it. I also couldn’t get the reply button to work. We may have to wait to see if the jeep gets relisted with a properly working ad.

I checked eBay, but it doesn’t seem to be listed there either.

Admin, please delete this if inappropriate. I have no ill intentions and intend to comply fully with your rules.

I was able to get in contact with the seller of this GPW and wound up purchasing it. Unfortunately some money issues have come up virtually immediately after and I am in need of selling it. The previous owner told me he had no interest in arranging shipment for those who reside out of state however I have no issue helping with that.

Both the GPW and the trailer are for sale, together or individually. If you are interested in either, please email me at flectarn@yahoo.com. I will be posting a craigslist ad for these here in a day or two.

    William
