Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 Jeep CJ Willy’s — no title currently.
Listing for my nephew. Please call him with questions.
Dana 44 axles front (enclosed knuckle) & rear. Minimal rust for it’s age. Believed to be the Iron Duke 4 cylinder engine – turns over by hand; have not attempted to fire. 3 speed transmission with twin stick transfer case. Pretty much as you see it. Needs brake / clutch pedal assembly. No top, have 2 soft doors. Great project piece with tons of potential.”
