My own ride around Jeep, (Kid Size) this is what I always wanted back in the 50’s when I was just a little guy. My mom was a reader of Woman’s Day magazine, she would pick it up at the check out counter when she went grocery shopping at the A&P, (also now just a memory) Looking at this model Jeep, it brings to mind a wooden pull along sit on vehicle my dad made for me, looks very much the same with the cut out side panels of a CJ Jeep. I think my dad started out to make a Jeep but didn’t have the skills or time to complete it. So he just stopped at the tub part and put a wooden pull along handle on it. My sister and I had so much fun with it. With our childhood imaginations, it became anything we wanted it to be, including a Jeep.
