Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

This wont last long
I am thinking the frame and bed have been shortened.
Like the winch bumper. Looks like it could have had major bondo work in it’s past
It looks unusual to me too, like it’s in between a 150 and a 170 length??
Still for sale?
Hi Alex,
It looks like it sold. There’s another one for sale nearby, but it needs work and has no title:

I baught this in spring. It is a cross between 150 and 170. The front half is a 150. 4 cylinder f134. It needed an engine rebuild. I have completed that and runs good. I have obtained a title aswell. I don’t think I am going to do much more with it besides tires and get the brakes working better. It’s a fun little truck. I am currently looking for a fc170 that is restored. I don’t have the skills or time to do a complete restoration on the one I have. So most likely will be up for sale again soon!
Thanks for the update Aaron. Good luck with it!
David i hope you can give me some insight. I am new to the fc seen…
I found a very nice 1961 fc150 this week. The owner is the second owner and has alot of documentation. It has a flatbed on it that he had rebuild but all the original photos show a flatbed. Is it possible that the flatbed was factory? Ive read about fc170s with different backs but not certain about the 150.
The truck is very nice and I am most likely going to buy it but am hung up about the flatbed..
Thanks
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
I’m sure others can chime in. As I understand it, there were some FC-150s produced that were stake beds. Whether the one you are looking at was originally produced with a flat bed or not I couldn’t say.
I personally wouldn’t be hung up on the flat bed, unless the jeep is priced as if it was 100% original. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me directly at d@ewillys.com.
