Very original, unmolested jeep, is that the original oil can under the hood? I think the sky is the limit on this jeep. This appears to be a large antique car auction. I think there will be plenty of knowledgeable and financial able bidders present.

I called the auctioneer about absentee bidding and he requests that you send to him a certified check for the amount you want to bid at least two days before the sale. If you don’t win it, he’ll send your check back. He stated that many people have looked at it and he expects it to bring $15k. I’d love to buy it. Can anyone lend me $15,001? HA

How did I miss that oil can ? Gonna bring some big money depending on frame etc etc , but generally the WW2 stuff is better than most civilian stuff rust wise, kinda like the old model As and Ts better steel back then .

WoW, what a true barn find!! I noticed that some of the star is still on the hood, and some of the hood numbers are visible. It looks like it rolled off the battlefield and sat in the barn for 70 years. So much still on it, and not chopped up.

I would say in the $20,000 ball park. Has to be worth as much as or more than a completely restored one. I would do very little to this one. Love the seat covers!
