    Hello Steve, I had to respond to your comment about chicken plucking. Willys made a special piece of equipment that was modified by the GI’s in the field. One can’t pluck a chicken correctly unless their Willys had the step through front bumper. Notice how the GI had a combination seat and that gives him the ideal angle to pluck the chicken! You can tell he wasn’t a cook because the cook would be sitting with his back against the front grill with both feel separated and the chicken plucking would be between his knees. It’s amazing how a GI can and still do modify their vehicles for the task at hand. (I couldn’t resist!)

    Great video Steve. It looks like a cross of a washing machine tub and a weed eater! Sure cleans the birds in a hurry and I wish I had the patent on it!
