Nice jeep, I’d like a phone number, e-mail, or some way to contact the owner as I’m interested in
the jeep for myself. Call Daniel Klauda at work (541)679-8188, I’m not very good at e-mail.

    Daniel,

I think I know the seller. Let me verify and I’ll get you the phone number.

    John:
I’m sure that body is metal. The clips that hold the tailgate to the body are consistent with a metal body.

The muncie is/was popular for road and dunes. Given the 456 gearing, there wouldn’t be as much of a need for the granny gears a truck tranny would provide. he muncie is also lighter and more compact than the truck trannies.

    Dean,

I saw it listed anew recently. Give Brian a call at 360 921-0832 and he can tell you for sure.

I know this looks nice and has a lot of updates but there has to be a reason why it still for sale. maybe because it’s $40,000

  6. Roy1959CJ3b

Chris I doubt if you could buy the parts for that money. Plus the (A plus) workmanship.

  7. Minnesota Chris

You’re absolutely right, Roy, it’s a very well done vehicle. I don’t dispute that at all. I know the cost of building these types of jeeps but at this price there is a small market for potential buyers

  8. Roy1959CJ3b

Your are right Chris! That’s why it not sitting in my garage 🙂 I’m just a poor boy who dreams a lot! lol

  9. Roy1959CJ3b

Chris there are buyers for this quality of jeep. Brian hasn’t found him yet. And at $40,000 it a bargain!! 🙂

Killer Jeep Brian !!!! Stick to your price as you know what you have got into it ,and don’t pay any attention to the naysayers .For someone to find the right jeep ,all build components ,time, labor and patience building it they would be hard pressed to build it for what your asking!!! I’m with Roy on this one ,lots of buyers left in this country for a jeep like this . Brian’s just got to find one and I’m surprised he hasn’t found one yet right here on Dave’s site .Now if I could just hit lotto there would be a new kid on the block in my collection . Dave’s totally right with the Muncie four speed . Much better for banging gears than one of the big bad jeep or truck four speeds with the granny first gear .

  11. Roy1959CJ3b

I like all kinds of jeeps! 🙂 This one would be awesome in the dunes. great street and show jeep for the modified jeeper. This quality of workmanship, hard to find.

Thanks for all the comments only reason for selling this 3b is to build another one the next one is going to have king coils on all 4 corners and a new ls3 with 6 speed tranny.
