I have the same rust on my wagon. The primary repair piece required is the inner sill, which is a major PITA to install. Depending upon how bad the rust is on the floor, you might be able to get away with a small piece of flat steel as a patch, or a whole new pan on that side. Thankfully, it doesn’t look like it’s so bad as to require the outriggers underneath.
