Wonder what happened to this project of long ago, someone put a lot of work into this Panel Delivery and then stopped. Money, time, illness? Looks like it’s sitting in a junk yard now, too bad. I would wager to guess the present owner realizes it’s potential; Make him an offer it can’t refuse…
