Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD**
Needs some finishing up on the outside, but the interior looks good.
“Very good condition, been in storage for 30 years, was going to street rod, I’m never going to get to it, time to let someone else finish. No motor or trans, has 8″ ford rearend installed, great original interior, original paint on the dash, paint stripped from exterior. Only had 43,129 miles on it when sold the original motor and trans.”
I bought this one. Considerably less than posted price as the owner was familiar with 4 or 5 of the last street rods I built, and wanted it to go to a good home.
Rust free, 43k miles, sat stripped like this in his garage for 29 years. He only lived 6 blocks from me, and I had never seen it before!
