My initial thoughts on this thing was that it pretty worked over but after revisiting it, it doesn’t look that bad. Matching wheels/tires, seats, steering wheel and front bumper would go a long way if of course it could be convinced to run. Have the frame horns been cut?
Wonder what the floor pans look like.

I would want to see the state of the floors and see whether the tranny/tc shift.
The front frame horns look more like a 3A rather than a 2A. This could mean it is a very late 2A (after serial number 215649 if I’m not mistaken).
There certainly seems to be parts value based on the photos, but the in-person inspection is necessary for sure to determine rust.
Compared to the rusted crap we see in Ohio for this money, it does not look bad to me, Has a hy lo pump too!
