UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2800
(11/24/2016) Needs wiring. Appears to have little rust.
“1955 willys pickup 4cyl 3 speed 4 wheel drive runs sometimes I was told new gas tank brakes and radiator has pto winch driveline for it is in the back the truck needs to be wired has a little rust on the drivers door it has a clean nv title #s matching vin tag the truck is a project have someone that can transport it for a fee not selling parts off it no trades”
Based on the inside passenger door release this truck appears to be a late 50 or 51.
Lots of potential here for the price and doesnt appear to be far from stock. Original stake sides have so often been lost along the way that they are usually wooden replacements. Wouldnt take much to really have a nice Willys truck. Even has a cool patina.
I need to study up on door releases …
47-51 trucks had push button inside release. 52 they switch to a handle.
I’m surprised that this truck is still available. I’d be looking at it real hard if I didn’t already have a nice 51.
