Nice looking Willys, I noticed the curvature to the top of the engine hood. I was wondering if that is a flaw or just a unique way to accommodate engine modifications.

    Mike,

It may be that the radiator lid on the updated radiator is too tall and is forcing the hood up. Hard to know without different photos.

The fan shroud caught my eye it looks like the fan cover from an outside HVAC system. I’ve never seen an enclosed fan. Nice touch, fit and idea.

Appears body is an early style repro or modified original since it does have the glove box and original style dual dash light locations.

Well I have to admit when I don’t take the time to observe the obvious. Duh….. it’s a electric fan….geez, I feel like an arse! I think I’ll try not to do that again. But the way it sits in front and close to the engine my brain got fooled!

Barry, I feel your pain. Sometimes that brain sees what it wants to see rather than using the eyes to look (at least, that is my excuse).
