That’s a bizarre grille. This may be a CJ-3A with a custom hood, cowl, and grille.

3B with 3A (or 2A) grill and possibly WWII windshield. Can’t see the inner frame swing arms nor embossment on front panel, so not sure if it’s a 2A w/s or not.
