What needs to be done?

Front axle needs pinion seal.
Leaking rear main seal
Transmission will need a rebuild, pops out of second and whining a bit.
Still drives fine, but will need to be done eventually
Tires need to be balanced or looked at. When driven it feels like a bad flatspot.
Body work and paint not the greatest, i am not a body man.
No bondo was used when painted, so you see the patches of metal.

It is an extremely good platform to build on if you want to do a pure restoration.
Fix the little things and have a great local run around.

Do not ask what bottom dollar is, come look at the jeep and negotiate.
