UPDATE: I thought these might me a normal Allstate hub (as they are branded Allstate), but these might more likely be some Allstate branded variant of a Husky hub.

I not sure that is a locking hub, looks to big and no axle flange bolts. It looks like some sort of belt drive or winch set-up, not sure why it is on the front axle. I don’t think the rim will even fit over it.

These were no the Allstate hubs I thought they were. I still think they are hubs, but they appear to be some variant of the “internal husky” hub: http://www.ewillys.com/2014/12/13/husky-hubs-for-sale/ . So, I’m not sure what’s going on here.
