Is it just me or does 12.5K seem high for the shape this jeep is in? It’s running and looks complete. But needs some serious restoration to look better.

This seems to be a growing trend…and for civilian jeeps at that. Some of the prices seem so far off the mark it’s amazing. Who knows, maybe their patience will pay off?
I mean, this jeep is everything I’ve been looking for. Really would like a running CJ2A that needs some body work. I recently lost mine due to a fire. So I don’t mind some body work, painting, etc, I just want one that runs. But for 12.5K, like damn haha.
Seller says original paint , I think not . No way worth anything near $12k .
@Terry What do you think a fair asking price for this would be? I can imagine you would need to put a couple grand into cleaning it up. New seats etc
If it is like the seller says it is ( it never is ) maybe $5k at most $ 6k .
