Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a 1947 Willy´s model Jeep. My great grandfather was given this jeep by the military. It is NOT in running condition. Selling to either be remodeled or sold for parts”
Looks like an M38; with the headlight guards, front black out lights in the grille, indents on the body
That’s a hodge podge of parts; the only M38 parts I see are the hood & headlight guards, possibly the marker lights, but the grill itself doesn’t appear have hinges (but that right fender is M38, so maybe the whole front clip forward of the tub is M38). Tub & windshield are civilian 2A, and the engine & bay look 2A as well. Looks like a good beater jeep, but lots of work & $$ to bring that back to life.
