Always wondered if a front winch and snowplow were possible. That looks to be a professional installation, maybe factory or dealer. Owner may have worked for power company, front loop on bumper looks like power line hardware. Not a bad price for a very original jeep, especially a CJ-6!
looks like good un , with that 6-232 , or 6-258 , still viable for todays high speed motoring ..
