March 1950 Issue of Sales Builder

• CATEGORIES: Advertising & Brochures, Features

I’d won this a few years ago on eBay, but never got this posted. The scans are not the best, but I’ll have to wait until later to redo them.

The actual introduction date of the 1950 engine and styling changes is shown as March 30, 1950. Been looking for this exact date for years. Makes the actual date of the changeover more realistic and we know the date of the new style as opposed to the end of the flat nose 46-early 50 front end and the Go-Devil engine in the Jeepsters, pickups, sedan deliveries and wagons. Really great brochure Dave. Thanks for sharing it!

    Colin,

Thanks for those insights. That info is helpful. I wasn’t sure when the changeover occurred.
