David, reckon how much the V6 and bell housing is worth alone? I might buy it just for the two. Got a friend/neighbor wanting the Muncie Rock Crusher for one of his old school rat rod projects. He works on several at a time and good at it. I have and flat head 4 cylinder and transmission to go back in it. Just asking for some input. Thanks.

    Barry,

The bell housing might be worth $50. A running 225 engine $500 or more depending on the condition. At least, that is what I’d pay in my area.

    Robert,

Sometimes emails using @yahoo don’t play well with Craigslist. I’ve ran into this issue years ago (and haven’t tried it since). So, it might be that the seller isn’t getting your email. You might try an alternative email address.
    Good luck!

I wonder if it would help to pull off the top and replace it with a CJ-3A windshield? Seems like there’s value here.

A lot of truth to that. For a lot of us if it was less than a 100 miles away it would be sold.
