“1943 Willy’s Jeep ( Ford ) . 327 Chevy V8, T-90 transmission , Dana 18 transfer case 29 tooth, power steering.33 x 12.5 Goodyear Mud tires. I bought this a few years back not running as a tinker project. I have had a lot of fun getting it running and fixing it up. I have been using it as a grocery getter around town and enjoyed the heck out of it. Like any Willy’s of it’s age it is not perfect but I have replaced quite a few things so you should be able to turn the key and enjoy.

Parts I have replaced (New) – power steering box, tie rod ends, steering column, new drum brakes, calipers and master cylinder , radiator , electric fan, front seats with 4 point harness, electric fuel pump, MSD ignition , LED head and tail lights, carburetor (3 years old), jerry can, one new fuel tank with sending unit.exhaust pipe and muffle replaced back from headers. New wiper motors and wipers.

If your looking for a piece of history and a conversation starter look no further. This Willy’s is a crowd pleaser. I am having a hard time parting with it but I recently got a new job a little further away and I have to pick up a commuter car and there’s only so much room in my drive way. My loss is your gain. Note : I don’t want to waste your time or mine. This was not a frame up restoration ( mint condition jeep), this was a fix what was broke and enjoy the jeep project (Make it rugged and cool). As you can see by the new parts list. I have repaired / upgraded a ton of things but there will always be something to tinker with with a 76 year old vehicle”
