Hi Barney, I think your’e right. Was kind of obsolete for a while but with all these designer craft beers you need an opener now. Good eye!
I had a bottle opener on my stock 43 GPW back in the late 70s. Plus the ammo boxes had drain holes so you could place your favorite beverage inside and just pour ice on top. Terrific camping vehicle.
