Not sure but, a previous owner may have been in the Navy. Perhaps a pilot or at least in Naval Aviation. “Anytime Baby” was an F14 Tomcat “thing” and that sort of looks like a cat on the sticker. Can’t make out any of the small print but, that’s my guess.
