Here’s the 1948 Report On The Universal ‘Jeep’ in Conservation I mentioned last week. At twenty-three pages, it’s larger than I expected with lots of photos. All but three of the photos were taken at the Rio Grande College Farm in Ohio (see last page for more info).

Dave…….Once again……VERY COOL ! As I have mentioned before, I love Jeeps working on the farm, working any kind of implements, working the dirt. Kinda ironic how some things never change. A lot of the small “conservation” type implements shown in this bulletin are still in demand by lots of folks. Many people who get their little acreage or smaller hunting land, are using smaller tractors to do food plots, shelter belts, grassy strips, changing drainage etc. Before I sold off most of my vintage Case tractor stuff, I had smaller plows, discs, two row planters, etc. Having second thoughts when I see brochures like this…….most of those tools would work great behind my CJ3B. Gotta find me a 3pt setup !!
    Thanks again
