“Custom modified Jeep to be a taxi in the Phillipines. It is unknown how many miles this vehicle has been driven. This vehicle has no markings, no VIN number or other indicators where it was made or how long ago. Please contact me for further details. Jeepneys are a popular means of public transportation in the Philippines. They were originally made from US military jeeps left over from World War II and are well known for their flamboyant decoration and crowded seating. They have also become a symbol of Philippine culture.”

Yard ornament. No serial number means no title means not drivable off your property. There’s been one on ebay for awhile that keeps dropping in price and has a VIN and title – also 4wd. Ebay item # 303205097921.

Some of the eastern states definitely have tighter restriction and it would make this a tough sell for sure.

That’s what I meant by Yard Ornament. A vehicle from overseas with no VIN or data plate and probably no purchase records. Every state has to have some proof to create a title. In states you can “self assemble” a vehicle, you then have to present the receipts for all the parts you assembled it with. There must be some history to that vehicle. Also, is there a serial # on the motor?
Craig, did you ask where or from whom he got it?
