It sounds like the spouse/significant other saying that the owner needs to downsize. But, the owner doesn’t want to part with his baby, so an unrealistically high price is placed on it, knowing no one would pay that.
looks like maybe $2000 to me.
Ok, Maybe $3000 considering the bed is so nice too.
