(05/19/2020) That is one of the stranger ‘roll bars’ I’ve ever seen. Probably has an f-head in it.

Strange roll bar ? looks more like a handle bar for someone riding in the back ? Looks like M151 wheels.
Clem is probably right, but to me it’d be a headache bar!
